About New England Aquatic Services

New England Aquatic Services LLC was established in early 2012 by owner and President Matthew Vogt. Growing up, his father was the President of the Naromi Land Trust in his home town of Sherman, CT. He instilled in Matt a great appreciation for our natural environment, as well as the importance in preserving and protecting it.

In 2009, Matt Vogt began working for Water’s Edge Restoration and Management. He quickly rose from a diver to crew leader and on to a project manager. In 2010, as a member of the Connecticut Army National Guard, he deployed to Afghanistan. After his return, he accepted a position as Vice President and Director of Operations for Water’s Edge. With a vision to change the focus of the company to emphasize environmental restoration and include a more scientific approach to managing aquatic preservation, Vogt bought out the company in the spring of 2012 and established New England Aquatic Services LLC.

New England Aquatic offers services to homeowners, lake associations, townships, and state programs. With over a decade of experience we can provide long term solutions to our clients and the environment.
